Please note our cancellation policy:
If the number of guests changes or other adjustments are necessary, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time.
In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €15.00 per person to your credit card.
Please also understand that, despite having a reservation, there may be short waiting times if your table is still occupied beforehand.
Starting in the winter season 2025/26, we will generally require a credit card as a security measure for all reservations. This step has become necessary because in recent years an increasing number of guests have cancelled at short notice or failed to appear, leaving tables unavailable to other guests and causing financial losses. We kindly ask for your understanding that this adjustment is essential to ensure smooth operations for all our guests.
